Shipping
- Some items are ready for shipment, however there are items whose production will only begin after ordering.
- All orders are dispatched from Israel within 3-5 business days.
- Shipping is free for all orders over $250.
- All orders shipped outside Israel are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties of the destination country. These fees are not related to the Seller and may be not included in the price.
- The Buyer is responsible for all customs fees and import duties.
- The Seller is not responsible for delays in delivery due to the fault of customs.
- Shipping cost for the orders below $250 is $42.
Returns and Refunds
- All returned items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Please email info@alinarusakov.com with your order information and a brief reason for your return and we will send you a confirmation number.
- We keep the right to refuse to return an item if it is not in its original condition.
- All refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment.
- The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If there was an error on the part of the Seller, or if the item was defective or damaged, the customer will receive compensation for both shipping and return shipping.
- The Seller is not responsible for non-arrived return shipments and for any loss or damage to the returned item in transit.
- We are unable to reimburse international duties and taxes. For more information on the return of international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs office.
